Instructions
1. Prepare the Lobster

Preheat your broiler to high.

Using kitchen scissors, cut the top of the shell lengthwise.

Gently pull the lobster meat up and rest it on top of the shell.

Place lobster tails on a foil-lined baking sheet.

Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
